Tatarstan youth and young entrepreneurs are invited to an online business program with top speakers

Novice entrepreneurs of the republic, as well as youth and students, are invited to the online training program of the All-Russian project "Rosmolodezh.Undertake."

The program is aimed at improving the entrepreneurial skills of young entrepreneurs and young people interested in doing business. 

The event will expand theoretical knowledge in specific business areas, receive practical recommendations on relevant topics from experts and individual analysis from experienced entrepreneurs, as well as write your business plan.

As part of the training, participants will have the opportunity to study 10 topic modules, each of which takes 1 week. Among them: 

1. Creating a company development strategy

2. Business planning

3. Legal aspects and measures of state support

4. Business processes and company structure

5. Managerial and financial accounting in business

6. Team Management

7. Marketing and Sales

8. Development of negotiation skills

9. Personal brand of the head of the company

10. Scaling up and entering international markets

Among the speakers of the program are Olga Moskvicheva (commercial director of Ozon), Dmitry Abbakumov (director of Leonardo LLC), Semyon Tenyaev (founder of TenChat) and many others.
