The volume of purchases by state-owned companies from the self-employed of Tatarstan increased by 98%

The total volume of purchases by large state-owned companies under 223-FZ from self-employed citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan in the first 6 months of 2025 amounted to more than 67 million rubles. This is a 98% increase compared to the same period last year.

The number of contracts concluded with state-owned companies increased by more than 10% and exceeded 100 contracts. For comparison, over the same period last year, more than 90 contracts worth about 34 million rubles were signed.

The total volume of purchases by state-owned companies from the self-employed in Russia amounted to 9.3 billion rubles in the first 6 months of this year. This is 83% higher than in the same period last year. The number of self-employed suppliers of government customers increased by almost 5% and approached 5.6 thousand.

The Ministry of Economy noted that Tatarstan is among the TOP 5 regions of the country in terms of the number of self-employed citizens. The number of professional income payers involved in procurement activities is growing due to transparent and simple requirements for suppliers, a simplified form of participation in procurement procedures, and access to electronic platforms. 

It should be recalled that since the beginning of the year, in the period from January to July 2025, the number of citizens in the republic using the professional income tax has increased by almost 13% and exceeded 400 thousand people.

Since the beginning of the special tax regime, Tatarstan's self-employed have generated over 146 million checks, received about 240 billion rubles in total revenue, and the total amount of taxes paid amounted to 8.8 billion rubles.

The most popular areas of activity among the self-employed in Tatarstan are repair and construction, transportation and information services, as well as self-made products and apartment rentals.
