9 projects for implementation at the TOP were considered in Tatarstan
9 investment projects with a total investment of 5.1 billion rubles were heard by the Commissions for the consideration of applications for the conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of activities at the Nizhnekamsk TAD and Naberezhnye Chelny TAD .
On July 9, 2025, a meeting of the commissions for reviewing applications for concluding an agreement on activities in the territories of advanced development (TAD ) Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
The meeting of the commissions was also attended by representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The commissions considered 9 applications, including 4 for the conclusion of an agreement and 5 for amendments to previously concluded agreements on the Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny TAD .
As a result of their implementation, investments will amount to 5.1 billion rubles, 751 new jobs will be created.
Among the new residents and projects of the TAD "Naberezhnye Chelny":
LLC "Food Processing Plant No. 1", engaged in the production of semi-finished meat products. The investment volume is about 57 million rubles. As a result of the project, 15 jobs will be created.
Zhongying Precision Products LLC, which manufactures plastic and aluminum injection molding products. The project cost is about 158 million rubles, and 150 jobs will be created as a result of its implementation.
KMZ LLC, engaged in metalworking. The project cost is about 300 million rubles, and more than 33 jobs will be created.
Amendments to the agreements of existing residents:
JSC Insulation Pipe Plant, which creates energy-efficient technologies for pipes. The volume of investments amounted to about 2.8 million rubles, and about 800 jobs will be created here.
LLC "Bruschatka". The company is engaged in the production of paving stones and dry mixes. The project cost is more than 260 million rubles. The project will create 36 jobs.
KMD NCH LLC, engaged in the production of spare parts for trucks. The project cost is about 520 million rubles, and 110 jobs will be created as a result of the project.
OOO "Technika-Agro" creates agricultural trailers and metal products. The investment volume is about 70 million rubles, and more than 200 jobs will be created here.
Modern Technologies LLC is a company that creates trolley busbars and hygienic masks. The project cost is about 55 million rubles, and more than 70 jobs will be created as a result of its implementation.
According to the Nizhnekamsk TAD, 1 new project has been approved for implementation - Sovital LLC, which is engaged in the production of refrigerated cabinets with glazing. The total cost of the project is more than 890 million rubles, 200 jobs will be created here.
"Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk are key growth points for the republic's economy, and new projects will make a significant contribution to the development of industry and the creation of high-tech jobs," Midkhat Shagiakhmetov said.
TAD residents receive tax benefits, reduced tariffs and administrative support, and the development of production facilities will strengthen the industrial potential of single-industry towns and the republic as a whole.
Let us recall that by Decree of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on January 28, 2016, the territory of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny became the first TAD in Tatarstan. Following him, Nizhnekamsk acquired this status. In total, there are five TADs in Tatarstan. They are located in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol, Zelenodolsk and Mendeleevsk.
