Improvement of legislation in the field of partnership financing was discussed at the XV Cheboksary Economic Forum

On June 27, 2025, within the framework of the XV Cheboksary Economic Forum, a working meeting was held between Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Market Anatoly Gennadyevich Aksakov.

The central topic of the meeting was the discussion of proposals for finalizing the draft law "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Conducting an experiment to establish special regulation in order to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of partner financing activities." 

During the meeting, the main provisions were discussed — extending the terms of the experiment, expanding the types of transactions, and introducing a system of standards. In preparation for the second reading, questions and suggestions on improving the text of the draft law were considered.

Following the meeting, further steps were agreed upon in the preparation of the draft law for the second reading and the implementation of the next stage of the partnership financing experiment, including joint events.
