Since the beginning of the year, Tatarstan's business has received state support in the amount of more than 1.6 billion rubles.

Since the beginning of 2025, Tatarstan entrepreneurs have attracted concessional financing under government programs in the amount of more than 1.6 billion rubles. The republic's business has also received over 12,000 non-financial services. The support was provided under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with subordinate support institutions, provide comprehensive support and acceleration of entrepreneurial projects. Businesses and the self-employed of the republic can receive microloans on favorable terms, guarantees, grants and non-financial services under the national project. 

Since the beginning of the year, the regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund and the Guarantee Fund have provided financial support in the amount of about 1.5 billion rubles. 

Thus, the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan provided 129 guarantees to businesses totaling over 900 million rubles, which helped attract 4.1 billion rubles of debt financing, including from the republic's Entrepreneurship Support Fund. More than 160 entrepreneurs in the amount of over 540 million rubles benefited from financial support here. Concessional financing has been provided, including through partner programs. 

Another form of financial support available in the region is equipment leasing. The regional leasing company of the republic provided 110 million rubles to local manufacturers for the purchase of machine tools and equipment for metalworking, as well as for food and light industry enterprises.

In addition to financial support for businesses, the self–employed and citizens of the republic planning to start their own business, a range of non-financial services is being implemented, collectively covering all strategic areas of entrepreneurial activity - from starting a business to professional development of employees employed by SMEs. The support is provided by the republican Center "My Business". 

The Center provides financing for participation in exhibition and fair events in the territory of the Russian Federation, provides certification and advertising services for products and services, and professional development. The Center's specialists also provide consulting support, including by calling the Unified Contact Center. Since the beginning of the year, the Central Bank has provided about 12,000 services.

It should be recalled that 9 billion rubles were allocated to support Tatarstan's business in 2025.
