At SPIEF 2025, an agreement was signed to establish Russia's first specialized branch of partner financial instruments on the stock exchange.

The agreement, the initial stage of which is the creation of Russia's first specialized branch of partner financial instruments of the money market on the stock exchange, was signed in the presence of Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

During the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Shagiakhmetov Midkhat, General Director of the Stock EXCHANGE CTS Khairulin Vitaly and Chairman of the Board of the consumer society AS SALAM Yedikhanov Renat signed a cooperation agreement to ensure long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of partner financing. 

The launch of the platform, which has no analogues in Russia, is an important step in the development of the partner financing market in the country. This will allow the professional community to gain access to the money market sector through a user-friendly and transparent interface, as well as provide tools for managing cash gaps and risks. New opportunities will serve as a basis for attracting long-term investments. The project aims to strengthen investor confidence, minimize the risks of technical defaults, and create a favorable environment for participants in the partner finance market in the field of liquidity generation.

CTS Exchange JSC expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and personally to the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, for supporting the initiative.

The project will not only create comfortable conditions for market participants, but will also contribute to the formation of a competitive environment, as well as provide the regulator with valuable statistical data for analyzing the developing market.
