Entrepreneurs in Tatarstan can apply for a program for retraining and professional development of employees

The "My Business" Center has begun accepting applications from entrepreneurs in Tatarstan for financial support for training and retraining of personnel. The program implies reimbursement of up to 70% of training costs, but not more than 300 thousand rubles for each employee. This measure of support is realized within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

About 25 Tatarstan companies have already undergone training under the proposed program. The most popular areas of training are personnel recruitment, management and sales, accounting, and surveying.

Export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have successfully implemented export contracts in 2024 or 2025 can take advantage of the service. Also, enterprises specializing in manufacturing or information and communications, residents of industrial parks registered in Tatarstan, as well as SMEs with the status of a small technology company (STC).
