Entrepreneurs of the Mendeleevsky district were introduced to the new conditions for providing warranty support
As part of the celebration of Russian Entrepreneurship Day on May 26, 2025, a solemn meeting with entrepreneurs was held in the Mendeleevsky Municipal district.
The festive event with the awarding of awards to the best entrepreneurs of the district was attended by representatives of the Mendeleevsky District Administration and the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Safiullina, representative of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Risk Management Department, expressed gratitude to the entrepreneurs for their hard work and contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also introduced the business community to federal preferential lending programs and conditions for providing guarantee support to the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of their own companies.
She noted that entrepreneurs with insufficient own collateral for a loan can use the guarantee support in the form of guarantees from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan up to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles for a group of related companies for investment purposes and investments in non–current assets, for other purposes - up to 70 million rubles.
"At the same time, the remuneration for guarantees for entrepreneurs operating in priority sectors of the economy is 1% per annum of the amount of guarantees, and for other borrowers – 1.5% per annum," she stressed.
Let us remind you that the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides guarantees for loan financing (loans, loans, leases, bank guarantees) to entrepreneurs who, according to the conclusion of a financial institution, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral.
