The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue of procurement by executors of state and municipal contracts within the framework of the "second hand" procurement project, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Tatarstan, ESRC, the State Procurement Committee, relevant ministries in charge of catering and construction industry customers, as well as the Office of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan for Anti-Corruption Policy.
As part of the agenda, proposals were considered to improve the work at the conclusion and execution of state and municipal contracts.
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with interested authorities, has developed a set of measures aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency of procurement procedures, reducing corruption risks, ensuring high-quality nutrition in social institutions of the republic and developing a competitive environment for entrepreneurs.
