Artificial intelligence will help Tatarstan entrepreneurs prepare for inspections

Tatarstan has created a chatbot that will help businesses prepare for inspections and effective interaction with regulatory authorities.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has organized a presentation of new features of the Proven Business platform and a resource-integrated robotic assistant using artificial intelligence among entrepreneurs participating in the testing of the chatbot.

Since 2018, Verified Business has served as an operational source of information for Tatarstan entrepreneurs, providing up-to-date information on the requirements of legislation in the field of control and supervisory activities. The resource is constantly updated to meet the needs and wishes of the business.

The introduction of a chatbot increases the legal security of the business and helps the entrepreneur prepare for the upcoming inspection - to obtain an algorithm of actions during the control event, substantiate the submission of documents requested by the inspector, and tell about the main stages of the control event.

"Artificial intelligence is becoming an indispensable assistant in all fields of activity, including entrepreneurship, providing various growth opportunities, optimizing processes and increasing profits. The chatbot was implemented in the Verified Business resource based on requests from entrepreneurs. The tool is able to promptly provide up-to-date information, advise on business issues and accompany the verification process," said Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy.

Artificial intelligence will also inform you about scheduled inspections.

"The chatbot's functionality will be constantly improved, taking into account the positive feedback from users and changes in legislation," said Bulat Zamaliev, Commissioner for Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The region's practice of implementing a robotic assistant for entrepreneurs using artificial intelligence was noted by the Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Licensing, Control and Supervisory Activities, Accreditation and Self-Regulation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexander Vdovin. The service also received positive reviews.
