Since the launch of the Unified Contact Center (UCC), about 1,230 appeals from representatives of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), self-employed citizens and individuals have been recorded, and this figure is constantly increasing.
The contact center was launched as part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" to raise awareness and promptly provide information on small business support measures available in the region.
The main task of the ECC is to ensure the interaction of entrepreneurs and citizens with business development institutions, providing information and access to government support at all levels of government. It is important to note that the ECC is an omnichannel tool that allows you to address various relevant issues through federal and republican portals for SMEs.RF and the Entrepreneurship Support Portal, respectively, online chatbot, on social networks and on the hotline.
In just over two months of work, the ECC has provided advice primarily on financial and non-financial support measures, as well as on federal, legal and tax issues. The most popular topics of appeals were preferential loans, obtaining a social contract and recognizing the company as a social enterprise.
Currently, there are about 30 regional financial support measures in Tatarstan, provided by republican business development institutions, ministries and departments, as well as municipalities. In addition, the ECC provides access to federal support programs and non-financial services of the My Business Center.
