The occupancy rate of Tatarstan's industrial parks has exceeded 80%

The occupancy rate of industrial parks continues to grow in Tatarstan - in the first quarter of 2025, the occupancy rate of infrastructure facilities exceeded 80%.

The development of industrial parks has a significant impact on the economy as an effective mechanism for strengthening and allocating production resources.

In particular, more than 1,700 enterprises operate in Tatarstan's industrial parks, employing over 70,000 people. The total turnover of resident companies exceeded 560 billion rubles. Residents of industrial parks account for approximately 10% of the total industrial production in the region.

Earlier, Tatarstan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, noted that there is a direct relationship between the presence and development of industrial parks and the dynamics of small and medium-sized businesses in municipalities. Where industrial parks are absent or do not receive due attention, there are lower indicators of SME development. In this regard, municipalities and management companies are faced with the task of creating favorable conditions for the development of industrial parks, attracting manufacturing enterprises to develop vacant territories, as well as improving the professionalism of management companies in managing the property complex of parks.

Thanks to the package of support measures implemented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, industrial park residents have access to benefits such as tax incentives, electricity subsidies, preferential financing and equipment leasing, as well as financial support programs through partner financing. The support is provided within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". 

It is planned to continue implementing support programs this year, including training in effective management of industrial parks.
