The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed the best practices for assessing regulatory impact

On April 25, 2025, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training seminar for specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Committee for Biological Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was devoted to the assessment of the regulatory impact of draft republican regulatory legal acts, the examination of existing regulatory legal acts and the assessment of the application of mandatory requirements.

During the seminar, the goals and objectives of conducting a regulatory impact assessment, expertise and assessment of the application of mandatory requirements were considered, the procedures for conducting these procedures were studied, and examples of best regional practices were considered.
