The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation hosted a meeting of the Government Commission of Russia on improvement of the development of contract system.

Officials from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a meeting of Advisory council of regions on development of the contract system held in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, on November 8, 2013. The meeting was attended by representatives from more than 20 regions of Russia, the first deputy head of competition policy department of Moscow O.N.Burtsev, the head of the analysis and monitoring section, development of contract system department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia A.S.Davydova, the chairman the Russian public organization "Guild of Domestic Experts in the State and Municipal Order", L.V.Nikiforov, and also other experts in the field of the State order.

During discussion speakers presented models of management of puchase system, passed in regions for the purpose of implementation of the Federal law of No. 44-FZ from 05.04.2013 "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs", and also discussed main stages that are necessary for transition to contract system in the sphere of the state and municipal order. The most active discussion was caused by questions about the obligatory professional development of customers, and also developments and deployments of regional information systems.
