Tatarstan students can receive a grant of 1 million rubles for the implementation of innovative projects

Applications for the Student Startup competition within the framework of the Technologies federal project have been accepted. The operator of the competition is the Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation. Over the three years of the project's implementation, 4,500 startups were selected. More than 700 students became winners in Tatarstan.

"In three years, the competition has attracted more than 18,000 students from all over the country. If we received over 4,000 applications at the start of the project, then in 2024 their number has almost doubled. This year, for the first time, graduate students and residents studying in scientific organizations will join the competition. Their involvement in the creation of technological start-ups will make it possible to establish an even closer productive relationship between institutions and business, to shorten the path from an idea to its transformation into a real technology or product," said the head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov.

This is a real chance for students and postgraduates to turn their idea into a full-fledged business, and the winners receive a grant of 1 million rubles.
