In Tatarstan, a manufacturer of equipment for the repair and operation of oil and gas wells received warranty support for development under the national project
With the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, a Tatarstan manufacturer of equipment for the repair and operation of oil and gas wells was able to obtain a loan from a credit institution on preferential terms for further development under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
The company for the production of equipment for the repair and operation of oil and gas wells, Spektr LLC, was founded in 2020 in the Mendeleevsky municipal district and is dynamically developing to this day.
During its creation, the organization was actively engaged in drawing up a business plan for an investment project, as well as searching for investors and companies with an extensive machine park and a licensed testing laboratory.
In 2020, the company's investor was an organization whose main activity is the provision of high-tech oilfield services for the oil and gas industry in the field of oil production, well repair and environmental solutions. In the same year, the company signed an agreement with an organization that has its own machine park and a certified laboratory for testing equipment.
In 2021, the company became a resident of the PSEDA of the Mendeleevsky municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2024, to increase production volumes and expand the range of products, the Tatarstan company needed debt financing. The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, provided the company with guarantee support and acted as a guarantor in the amount of 2.5 million rubles within the framework of the guarantee product "Support–2024", thanks to which the company was able to issue a loan in the amount of 5 million rubles from a credit institution on preferential terms, directing the funds received to the development of production.
It should be noted that entrepreneurs operating in priority industries (manufacturing, hotels and catering enterprises, information and communication activities, professional, scientific and technical activities, creative industries) can apply for warranty support as a matter of priority.
The exceptions are entrepreneurs engaged in gambling, financial and insurance services.
Let us remind you that the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides guarantees for loan financing (loans, leases, bank guarantees) to entrepreneurs who, according to the conclusion of a financial institution, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral.
Since January 01, 2025, the conditions for providing our guarantee support to SMEs have changed. Now, not only Tatarstan entrepreneurs can benefit from the Fund's guarantee support, but also Russian entrepreneurs operating in the Republic of Tatarstan. Guarantee support has been increased for investment purposes and investments in non-current assets to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles per group of related companies.
