Tatarstan entrepreneurs were familiarized with measures to support the subjects to expand the supply channels of manufactured products
On March 6, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Rafkatovich Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to the Atninsky municipal district of the republic.
As part of the trip, a meeting was held with the business community of the district, at which Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made a welcoming speech. He stressed the importance of developing small and medium-sized businesses for the republic's economy and spoke about the initiatives of the republican marketing center to promote products of Tatarstan manufacturers. "Today's event is organized with the aim of providing comprehensive support to SMEs in expanding the supply channels of manufactured products and increasing their competitiveness with the help of the Republican Marketing Center, a key instrument in the republic that acts towards the development of sales markets," the speaker noted.
During the event, Yakov Geller, Director General of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan, familiarized entrepreneurs with the capabilities of the republican marketing center, whose ideology is to promote business activity, promote local suppliers to markets, import substitution and optimize budget expenditures. He also outlined the center's plans for 2025, one of which will be the creation and implementation of a new Export Promotion resource.
Emil Khismatov, Deputy Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided details on government support measures for SMEs.
In addition to meetings with business representatives, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov's visit was aimed at discussing issues of promoting entrepreneurship in the region and increasing employment through the expansion of cooperative ties between enterprises. In conclusion, he called on the region's entrepreneurs to make more active use of the state-provided support tools and thanked the participants of the meeting for their active participation.
