Tatarstan entrepreneurs can report violations on the part of customers when making purchases through the 360° service

In order to prevent violations of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, as well as to receive feedback on the problems faced by businesses, the SME Corporation has launched the 360° service on SME.RF Digital Platform.

Entrepreneurs can claim violations on the part of customers during procurement, including cases of violations of payment deadlines for executed contracts.

The appeals sent through the 360° service are considered by the SME Corporation within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

To access the 360° service, you must log in through the Public Services portal.
