The resident of the territory of advanced development in Tatarstan plans to additionally invest 4.1 billion rubles in the expansion of the investment project in the city of Nizhnekamsk
The Kamstal company plans to expand production, including the organization of galvanizing of steel and its rolled products, using government support measures. The total volume of new investments is estimated at 4.1 billion rubles, and more than 150 new jobs will be created.
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, held a meeting on the development of the Kamstal LLC investment project in the Nizhnekamsk municipal district. The meeting was attended by the management of Kamstal LLC, Pioneer Industrial Park LLC, N. V. Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department, and I. I. Mukhametyanov, First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Kamstal LLC, the first resident of the Nizhnekamsk Advanced Development Area, launched the production of painted steel and products made from it in the Pioneer Industrial Park in 2018 with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan. Since its opening, the company has invested 460 million rubles and created 86 jobs. The volume of product sales in 2024 amounted to 3.9 billion rubles.
The meeting discussed important aspects of project support, such as the provision of land for new production and the provision of connectivity to utility networks.
