By the end of 2024, more than 1,700 enterprises are operating on the territory of industrial Tatarstan.

This was stated in his report by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov at the final board meeting of the Ministry. 

He noted that the creation and development of industrial parks is an important tool for building up and deploying productive forces. 

Thus, by the end of 2024, more than 1,700 enterprises and over 70,000 people work in Tatarstan industrial parks. The turnover of resident enterprises amounted to more than 560 billion rubles. 

According to Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, the analysis shows that municipalities where there are no industrial parks or their development is not being paid attention to show low dynamics of the main indicators of SME development. In these conditions, municipalities and management companies are faced with the task of providing the necessary conditions for the creation and development of industrial parks, the development of vacant territories by manufacturing businesses, as well as improving the quality of work and competence of management companies in managing the park property complex. 

In general, the implemented measures of state support, the work of municipalities and management companies of programs to remove infrastructure restrictions through capital investments from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan have proven their effectiveness and have allowed for an increase in the occupancy rate of industrial parks up to 80%. The increase in occupancy compared to last year exceeded 8 percentage points.

Today, residents of industrial parks have access to tax benefits, subsidies for electricity consumption, preferential financing and equipment leasing, as well as financial support programs under partnership financing. 

The implementation of support programs, including training in effective management of industrial parks, will continue this year.
