15 November 2024, Friday

Today, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova took part in the XI International Forum "IT Dialogue" as a speaker.

Within the framework of the federal project "The State for People", services and functions are being rebuilt in such a way that the focus is on the person and his needs. Starting in 2025, the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation plans to introduce client-centricity at the municipal level.

Gulnaz Ismagilova told the forum participants about the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in optimizing municipal services as a region, one of the first to introduce a mechanism for typifying services.

As part of the reduction of administrative barriers in Tatarstan, work was carried out to convert services into electronic form. In 2021-2022, all state and municipal services of the republic became available on the republican and federal service portal.

The digitalization of services was preceded by an analysis and optimization of their provision processes conducted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This work has made it possible to reduce the time required to provide a number of services by half. In addition, regardless of the place of application, the lists and forms of documents, as well as the deadlines, have become uniform. Also, as a result of this work, you can receive a municipal service in any office of the MPSC, regardless of the place of residence, stay or location of the applicant.

Experts noted that the interaction of the private and public sectors is an important aspect in the process of digitalization. The Forum has become a platform for the exchange of experience and ideas, which will accelerate the processes of digital transformation in the country.
