The measures of state support taken in the Republic of Tatarstan made it possible to achieve an average occupancy rate of 76.6% in industrial parks. First Deputy Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Natalia Kondratova said at a press conference.
The press conference was dedicated to the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises". One of the main tools for the development of small businesses is infrastructure support provided by the national project.
Today, more than 1,700 residents with a turnover of over 390 billion rubles operate in Tatarstan's industrial parks. Residents have created high-performance jobs with competitive wages and about 10.5% of the republic's industrial production is generated.
Tax preferences are provided for residents of industrial parks, which makes the territories attractive to investors. In addition, a comprehensive set of financial instruments is being implemented for residents - microloans, subsidizing part of electricity costs, preferential leasing, loans for the construction of buildings and the purchase of equipment, as well as a construction program for the development of engineering infrastructure facilities.
"In 2024, a set of measures to simplify the launch of investment projects has been expanded, including retrofitting engineering and road infrastructure. Infrastructure has been built at the expense of the republic's budget in municipal industrial parks, which has made the sites attractive to new residents, and will provide conditions for more than 150 enterprises," the speaker said.
She also noted that Tatarstan has improved the procedures for the accreditation of industrial parks and the signing of agreements by residents, allowing them to use all available measures of state support.
In addition, the events in the "Supplier Days" format proved to be effective. Thus, as a result of the events, more than 300 SMEs became suppliers to large companies and signed contracts worth over 3.2 billion rubles.
The implementation of the set of measures will continue in 2025.
