A meeting with business community experts was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

On October 29, 2024, representatives of the Office of the Commissioner under the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs – Assistant to the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Enterprises attended a meeting on the topic "On the results of the implementation of the procedure for assessing the regulatory impact of draft republican regulatory legal acts and expertise of republican regulatory legal acts for 9 months of 2024 and prospects for further cooperation" and industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, TRO "Support of Russia", TRO "Business Russia".

In the republic, when conducting regulatory impact assessment and expertise, public consultations are held, in which representatives of the business community are necessarily involved. 

Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, speaking to experts, noted that this year, in order to attract the attention of the largest number of representatives of the business community to public consultations within the framework of the RIA procedure, various events were held: meetings, round tables, radio interviews, live broadcast on the telegram channel.

She stressed that the work carried out jointly with business associations to establish interaction with ordinary entrepreneurs in the framework of regulatory impact assessment is bearing fruit: according to the results of 9 months of 2024, 17 times more business representatives participated in public consultations than in the same period last year.

In her closing remarks, the Deputy Minister of Economy noted that the participation of representatives of the business community in public consultations as part of the regulatory impact assessment allows not only to take into account the interests of the business community, but also to improve the rule-making procedure and, most importantly, to increase the trust of citizens and businesses in the government.
