The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies about the examination of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, starting from October 31, 2024, will conduct an examination of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05/31/2021 No. 397 "On measures of state support for the agro-industrial complex in certain areas at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan" (together with "The procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to agricultural producers to reimburse part of the costs of measures aimed at the development of seed production in the Republic of Tatarstan", "The procedure for providing from the budget Subsidies to agricultural producers for reimbursement of part of the costs associated with carrying out land reclamation works", "The procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to agricultural producers for financial support of part of the costs associated with the purchase of land reclamation equipment").

The purpose of the examination is to assess the achievement of the regulatory objectives stated during the development and adoption, the effectiveness of the proposed method of legal regulation, and the assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of the proposed method of legal regulation through the analysis of law enforcement practice.

We invite representatives of business associations and other interested parties to participate in public consultations within the framework of the examination of the specified regulatory legal act. The deadline for public consultations is from October 31 to November 29, 2024.
