Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the regular meeting of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation on the establishment of special regulation for the implementation of partner financing activities
Today the new building of digital and information technologies named after A. S. Vishnyakov of the Russian University of Economics named after G. V. Plekhanov held a regular meeting of the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation on conducting an experiment to establish special regulation in order to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of partner financing activities, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
The meeting discussed issues of integrating the principles of partnership (Islamic) financing into the modern Russian financial system in order to increase the investment attractiveness and sustainability of the Russian economy.
The following issues were raised:
- On the progress of the Experiment and the possibility of its extension:
-- Elaboration of approaches to the development of standards for the implementation of activities within the framework of partner financing;
- On criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the Experiment;
- On the action plan ("Roadmap") for the development of partner finance within the framework of the experiment to establish special regulation in order to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of partner financing activities;
- On expanding the range of partner financing products in Russia, etc.
