October 22, 2013 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov through the participation of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the XII All-Russian Forum , held 21-22 October 2013 in St. Petersburg , spoke at the plenary session on " Strategic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan and the growing point priority projects . " As a moderator of the plenary session was Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences , St. Petersburg State University Alexei Kudrin . Midhat Shagiakhmetov spoke about the strategic objectives of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the priority projects and the growing points of the country. Speech by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has caused great interest among the participants of the meeting.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
