Over 400 Tatarstan self-employed people have become participants of fairs on the national project this year

This year, as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises", 11 fair events were held. 432 self-employed people became their participants. The largest fair on Republic Day gathered 120 self-employed people, and their revenue exceeded 3 million rubles. 

Today, the My Business Center, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, is accepting applications from the self-employed for free trading places at the fair, which will be held under the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" in the Yuzhny shopping center from October 25 to 27.  

Craftsmen of the republic will be able to present and sell their products at equipped retail outlets.

Let us recall that fairs of products of the self-employed are held in Tatarstan on an ongoing basis. The My Business Center organizes retail outlets in places with high traffic of citizens or as part of large-scale urban events. The last fair was held in the Mega shopping center.

Earlier, the Minister of Economy of the republic, Midhat Shagiakhmetov, said that as of September 1 this year, about 358 thousand self-employed people were registered in Tatarstan. Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, within the framework of the address, set the task to ensure the economic activity of the self-employed and facilitate their further transition to other business categories.

For these purposes, republican business development institutes are implementing a set of measures for professional income tax payers. These are financial support measures - microloans, guarantees, as well as training programs to promote products on marketplaces, on social networks, on the development and scaling of projects, and others.
