On holding the republican competition "The best corporate practice (program) of employers to support family values"
As part of the implementation of the Regional Program (action plan) to increase the birth rate in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023-2025, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated June 27, 2023 No. 756, a republican competition "The best corporate practice (program) of employers to support family values" (hereinafter – the Competition) is being held. The purpose of the Competition is to motivate the heads of organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan to create favorable social and labor conditions for employees with children.
Organizations can participate in the Competition, regardless of their form of ownership, organizational and legal form, industry affiliation and economic activities, which are ready to demonstrate the importance of family values in the corporate environment by their own example, inspire other organizations to implement best practices, since the support of family values in the organization contributes to the creation of a harmonious atmosphere, increases employee motivation and it strengthens the team spirit.
Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
The application and documents for participation in the Competition are submitted to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan on paper through postal organizations or by
e-mail mtsz.tatarstan.ru marked "Documents for the republican competition - "The best corporate practice (program) of employers to support family values" by October 15, 2024.
