The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan held a training seminar for developers of regulatory legal acts
On September 17, 2024, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular training seminar for developers of regulatory legal acts on the assessment of regulatory impact and the procedure for its conduct.
The purpose of such seminars is to improve the competencies of employees of republican executive authorities in the practical implementation of the relevant field.
The autumn online seminar was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Committee for Archival Affairs.
During the event, the goals and objectives of the regulatory impact assessment and expertise were considered, the procedure for conducting the procedure was studied, and examples of best practices for conducting regulatory impact assessment at the regional level were considered. The main tasks for improving the quality of regulatory impact assessment were also brought to the attention of the participants.
