The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has confirmed the accreditation of the new Tura 2.0 industrial Park in the Zelenodolsk district of Tatarstan. Accreditation will allow providing residents with support measures and preferences.
The new industrial park was created within the framework of the program of the federal agency "Leaders of Infrastructure Development". Participation in the program gives the park the opportunity to implement large-scale infrastructure projects necessary for the development of the territory at the expense of the federal budget.
The park covers almost 100 hectares. The complex of engineering networks will be put into operation at the end of this year. Future residents plan to invest about 17 billion rubles in their projects. After the launch of the enterprises, about 1,500 jobs will be created there. Among the major investors are the Slavitsa Ice Cream Factory, NEFIS Group of Companies, Rostselmash, etc.
"Today, the existing industrial parks within the boundaries of the Kazan agglomeration have a high level of occupancy, which makes the new industrial park in this area attractive to investors," said the First Deputy Minister of Economy Natalia Kondratova.
She noted that conditions will be created in the park for a quick start of almost any new production – production and storage facilities will be built in 2026.
Let us recall that in the republic, on behalf of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan, there is a set of measures to support residents and management companies of industrial parks – these are tax preferences, preferential financial programs, leasing, subsidies and other measures implemented, including within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized Enterprises".
