The Ministry of Economy invites you to take part in public consultations as part of the examination of a regulatory legal act

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, starting from August 23, 2024, will conduct an examination of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12/21/2011 No. 1042 "On approval of the Procedure for extraction of common minerals on the basis of an approved technical project for their own production and technological needs by subsurface users engaged in exploration and extraction of minerals or under a combined license for geological exploration, exploration and mining, development of technologies for geological exploration, exploration and extraction of hard-to-recover minerals, or under a combined license, development of technologies for geological exploration, exploration and extraction of hard-to-recover minerals, exploration and extraction of such minerals, within the boundaries granted to them in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated February 21, 1992 No. 2395-1 "On subsoil" sites the bowels".

The purpose of the examination is to assess the achievement of the regulatory objectives stated during the development and adoption, the effectiveness of the proposed method of legal regulation, and the assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of the proposed method of legal regulation through the analysis of law enforcement practice.

We invite representatives of business associations and other interested parties to participate in public consultations within the framework of the examination of the specified regulatory legal act. The deadline for public consultations is from August 23 to September 23, 2024.
