A new functionality has become available on the Gosuslugi portal - an online appointment for a preventive visit and consultations with control (supervision) bodies. The innovation will ensure the operational interaction of the business with the inspection authorities.
"Interaction with controlled entities in the most convenient format for them is one of the priorities of the Government within the framework of the ongoing reform of control and supervisory activities. Today, through their personal account on the portal of "Public Services", entrepreneurs can send an application for a preventive visit at the enterprise or refuse it, and assess the results of a preventive measure. You can also request advice from the control authorities in your personal account," said Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy.
When applying for a consultation, entrepreneurs can choose a format of interaction that is convenient for them: by phone, remotely via the MP Inspector application, in writing and indicate the preferred time of the consultation. The service will be provided within 10 business days. Following the results of the review, the entrepreneur's personal account will receive a notification confirming the appointment for a consultation.
The "Appointment for a preventive visit" service can be provided remotely via video via the MP Inspector application or in person at the facility no earlier than 10 working days after submitting the application. The whole story about the preventive measure will also be available in your personal account.
Agencies may refuse to conduct a preventive visit due to violations during similar events earlier or the presence of incorrect wording in the application.
The applicant can also independently withdraw the submitted application on the Public Services portal.
