Free patent research is available to entrepreneurs of Tatarstan

The service is provided free of charge by the regional Center "My Business" within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises.

Support for patent research includes research on the technical level and trends in the development of business entities, their patentability, patent purity, competitiveness based on patent and other information, the

service is comprehensive and includes the following activities:
- development of a task for conducting patent research;
- development of information search regulations;
- search and selection of patent and other scientific, technical and economic information in Russian and foreign patent databases;
- systematization and analysis of selected information on the type of equipment under study;
- research of the state of the art and development trends, identification of competitors in the market of the object of technology;
- identification of the protectability of the studied object of technology;
- substantiation of proposals on the possibility of further legal protection of the studied object;
- generalization of results, preparation of conclusions and recommendations and preparation of a report on patent research.

The result of the service will be a patent research report in accordance with the requirements of GOST R.15.011-2022 "Product development and commissioning system. Patent research. The content and procedure".

The term of the patent research is no more than 2 months.
