Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov today held a webinar for heads of municipalities of the republic dedicated to the possibilities of expanding sales markets for small and medium-sized businesses.
The event was attended by representatives of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The webinar reviewed the work in the resources of the Republican Marketing Center in 2024 as a tool to guarantee the sale of products to SMEs in a competitive environment.
Addressing the heads of state, the Minister said that in order to provide SMEs with sales markets on an ongoing basis, it is necessary to inform customers and suppliers of SMEs about the advantages of conducting procurement activities and participating in trade procedures on the resources of the RMC, including through the participation of entrepreneurs in weekly free training seminars of the Agency for Public Procurement.
Another tool that provides SMEs in the manufacturing sector with an additional sales market is the "Production Cooperation and Sales" service of the SME.RF Digital platform.
The Minister noted that the resource will help manufacturers and suppliers of SMEs to bring their products to the shelves of retail chains and start cooperation with major customers both in Russia and abroad.
"I ask you to ensure that SMEs are effectively informed about the possibilities of supplying industrial products and components to large Russian and manufacturing companies using this service," he said.
In addition, the webinar talked about measures to promote the products of SMEs to foreign markets. In particular, information on the measures being implemented to support the Export Support Center and the Russian Export Center, digital services of the SME Corporation.
