317 free investment sites in Tatarstan are marked on the Investment Map of Russia

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has developed an investment map of Russia. It has already been put into operation and is available to Russian and foreign entrepreneurs and investors. The map shows 317 free investment sites in Tatarstan.

Of these, 221 are land plots and 96 structures in different regions of the republic. Potential investors can choose a free facility according to various parameters, get acquainted with its characteristics, available preferences and support measures within the framework of federal and republican programs and the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", as well as apply for the operation of the selected site.

In total, the map contains more than 15 thousand investment sites across the country — from free land for construction to premises in industrial parks for businesses that can benefit from preferential infrastructure support under the national SME project.

Tatarstan entrepreneurs can also assess the business environment of the future project: sales markets, preferential treatment, availability of minerals and infrastructure — from pavement to cellular communications. If the necessary connections are not available, the site cards indicate the conditions for technical connection.

The map also contains information about key macroeconomic indicators of Tatarstan, which may have an impact on the implementation of the project. All this makes it possible to estimate project costs and select government support measures.

Regional executive authorities and investment development agencies provide regular filling and updating of the investment map.

Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development developed a portal of measures to support investment projects. In 2023, it was used by more than 80 thousand unique users. New support measures have also appeared, there are 30 of them in total — this includes assistance in lending, preferential regimes, tax and tariff benefits.
