The number of preventive visits by the control authorities in Tatarstan has doubled

In 2024, the number of preventive visits in Tatarstan is growing. Since the beginning of 2024, the control authorities have carried out 916 such events, which is 2 times more than in the same period last year.

A preventive visit becomes a key tool for minimizing the risk of harm (damage) in the system of control (supervisory) activities. In fact, this is a preventive conversation at the place of business of the entrepreneur or online, using video conferencing. This approach allows one to inform the entrepreneur about the mandatory requirements imposed directly on his activities or on the objects of control belonging to him. 

"Carrying out preventive measures at business facilities is currently one of the priority areas of work of control (supervisory) bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan. The format of preventive measures allows, without excessive administrative pressure, in the mode of dialogue with entrepreneurs, to achieve the safe functioning of a business that meets both the interests of entrepreneurs themselves and consumers of their goods and services," Deputy Minister of Economy Gulnaz Ismagilova said.

The purpose of the visit is to convey all the requirements for the entrepreneur's activities and information about possible violations. 

The effectiveness of preventive visits is confirmed by the results of feedback from business, which are summarized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
