Acceleration program for exporters starts in Tatarstan
The Export Support Center in the Republic of Tatarstan has opened the reception of applications from businesses for participation in the acceleration program "Export acceleration for SMEs".
The program is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and is designed for small and medium-sized businesses, participation in it is subsidized by the regional Export Support Center.
The knowledge gained by the participants will help companies to build a systematic approach to the development of an export project. In addition, entrepreneurs will be able to correctly select the foreign market, calculate the optimal logistics, and minimize risks and costs.
The educational program consists of a course of 6 modules, each of which is dedicated to a specific topic:
- Introductory module: "Introduction to export and project activities";
- Module 1: "Market selection and buyer search";
- Module 2: "Export marketing";
- Module 3: "Formation of financial conditions of an export transaction";
- Module 4: "Implementation of an export transaction";
- Module 5: "Negotiations and conclusion of a contract".
During the training, participants will prepare plans for entering foreign markets, which will help determine the optimal direction for exporting products based on their demand, the most effective promotion channels in these markets, and a funnel of potential customers. Also, within the framework of the course, initial negotiations with potential buyers will be held, a commercial proposal will be prepared, including expenditure components and taking into account the need to attract financing, guarantees, insurance.
The training will take place full-time on the basis of the Tatarstan Export Support Center together with accredited trainers of the REC Export School. Participation in the program is free for entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The number of places to participate in the program is limited.
