In Tatarstan, 5,300 people started their business thanks to a social contract
On March 13, a round table was held at the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of Tatarstan citizens who successfully implemented a social contract. Specialists from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights under the Head (Rais) of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the non-profit micro-credit company "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", district offices of social protection were also invited to the event.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, this tool for supporting start-up entrepreneurs has been implemented since 2011. In 2023, 5,303 social contracts were signed in Tatarstan, 38% of them, or 2,021 contracts, for the implementation of individual entrepreneurial activities, activities as self-employed.
When concluding a social contract for the organization of sole proprietors, self-employment, you can receive assistance from the state in the amount of 350,000 rubles, for maintaining a personal subsidiary farm - 200,000 rubles.
Training for a social contract is provided free of charge in organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses, including the My Business centers within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".
More than 1,600 citizens planning to sign a social contract were trained at the My Business center last year. Many of them are successfully implementing their business today and are already ready to scale.
Within the framework of the round table, issues of further support for recipients of social contracts, who are already entrepreneurs, were considered.
For recipients of social contracts within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", such support measures as preferential financing, assistance in entering the turnkey marketplace, electronic and digital business services, various training programs, courses and mentoring programs are available at the My Business center today.
