The Ministry of Economy notifies about the examination of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, starting from March 20, 2024, will conduct an examination of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 10.12.2021 No. 971 "On Approval of the Procedure for provision of grants in the form of subsidies to small and medium-sized businesses included in the Register of social entrepreneurs and (or) small and medium-sized businesses created by individuals under the age of 25 years inclusive."

The purpose of the examination is to assess the achievement of the regulatory objectives stated during the development and adoption, the effectiveness of the proposed method of legal regulation, the assessment of the actual positive and negative consequences of the proposed method of legal regulation through the analysis of law enforcement practice.

We invite representatives of business associations and other interested parties to participate in public consultations within the framework of the examination of these regulatory legal acts. The deadline for public consultations is from March 20 to April 19, 2024.
