In Tatarstan, more than 300 women have become participants in the educational program "Women's Entrepreneurship"

At the end of November, the final of a 1.5-month women's entrepreneurship training program was held in two Tatarstan cities. The educational course for women was implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship".

More than 500 applications for participation in the program were submitted from residents of Tatarstan, of which the expert commission selected 200 in Kazan and 100 in Naberezhnye Chelny. The criterion for selection was the presence of their own business of varying degrees of maturity: someone has just opened their own business, and someone has been running their own company for more than 10 years.

For 1.5 months, experts and practitioners in the fields of finance, law, marketing and resource management conducted classes and met with participants to discuss and generate ideas for effective business and personal brand development. The speakers talked about which marketing trends to follow and which tools to use for online promotion of their product. They also introduced the participants to the legal foundations of entrepreneurship and human resources management skills.

At the final event of the program, women presented their business projects to an expert jury, which determined the winners. In Kazan, Indira Khamatvaleeva became her partner with the current catering service projects. Indira is a chef and has been implementing her project in the Republic of Tatarstan with a team of chefs for several years. In Naberezhnye Chelny - Liliya Kashapova with the launch of the On-line cheese making school project based on the RigoLi natural cheese workshop

The project ended with a big business bachelorette party. In addition, a project fair was held as part of the final. The participants were able to present their goods and services on the site during a business party, and agree on collaboration. 

The organizers were the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center "My Business" NO NMC "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" within the framework of the National Project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", which was initiated by the President and overseen by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.
