It is planned to create a "Unified Cabinet of approvals" on the Portal of regional public services in Tatarstan. Currently, the region is actively working to prepare the necessary technical and regulatory framework for the creation of a digital service.
The issue of connecting resource-supplying, electric grid and gas distribution organizations to the interaction in the unified digital system and preparing the work regulations within the system was discussed today in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The working meeting was attended by representatives of resource-supplying organizations, the Institute of Spatial Development, Rosreestr, the Ministry of Finance, AIR, the Center for Digital Transformation and other structures.
Let us recall that the decree on the creation of a Single Cabinet of Coordination was signed in September this year by the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin.
The unified approval cabinet is designed to unify and shorten the path of joining investment facilities to the necessary engineering infrastructure in the "one window" format. It will cover five types of resources needed to launch the project (electricity, gas, water, sanitation and heat) and will replace separate documents for each of the areas that previously the investor had to submit personally on paper.
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to create personal accounts inside the system for all resource-supplying and network organizations, as well as for owners of engineering infrastructure facilities.
Also, the cabinet plans to integrate the platform with the state information system for urban planning activities in order to optimize services for the provision of land plots for rent.
The task of improving legislation to reduce the time needed to connect to networks through the creation of a seamless client path was set by the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov in the framework of work on improving the Regional Investment Standard in the regions of the country.
Let us recall that the introduction of five elements of the Investment Standard in Tatarstan, designed to increase the efficiency of interaction between executive bodies and entrepreneurs to form a comfortable and sustainable business climate, has been confirmed by investors and business associations of the region.
