More than 860 Tatarstan citizens took part in a series of master classes on the development of online commerce

As part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship", residents of municipal districts of Tatarstan took part in free training workshops dedicated to entering electronic trading platforms "The Formula for success in eCommerce". The training is organized by the My Business Center with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, on October 20, more than 100 residents of Kazan took part in a master class on the development of online commerce. The event was the final in a series of master classes held in September-October in 9 municipal districts and cities of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

In total, more than 860 residents of Laishevsky, Kukmorsky, Nizhnekamsk, Bugulminsky, Arsky, Zelenodolsk and Mendeleevsky municipal districts, as well as the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan took part in the master classes.

The aim of the project was to raise awareness of local residents about the opportunities they have to increase sales through e-commerce channels. During the master classes, experts and invited speakers talked about the features of online trading on various platforms, shared their experience in attracting customers and building an effective logistics scheme, and also answered questions from participants. 

"We see a great interest of Tatarstan citizens in the topic of mastering the e-commerce market and increasing online sales. I am sure that the information received by the participants of the master classes will help them to master new sales channels faster and easier for themselves," said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development.
