IN'HUB Innovation and Productivity Week starts in Tatarstan on October 9
Leading industrial companies of Russia will exchange experience in improving the efficiency of business processes from October 9 to 13, 2023 at the site of the SEZ Innopolis.
More than 40 leading industrial companies will share the best solutions for the development of production and business systems, human capital, labor productivity, and digital transformation. The main theme of the Week is "Sustainability: production, people, development".
The central events of the IN'HUB Innovation and Productivity Week will be a benchmark congress with a visit to the production sites of leading enterprises of Tatarstan. This project is the result of an initiative of Russian manufacturing companies interested in introducing innovations and exchanging experience. Benchmark visits are one of the most productive formats of training and exchange of experience. Visiting enterprises helps companies gain valuable knowledge to achieve productivity and competitiveness in the market. Visits are planned to the companies Haier, AZ ATOM LLC, Lin-Vector LLC (Naberezhnye Chelny); Techno Plant (Zainsk); Kastamonu Entegre, Sollers Alabuga LLC, Alabuga Polytech, Rokvul LLC (SEZ Alabuga).
Within the framework of IN'HUB, a competition of corporate improvement projects "Transformation"to involve employees of enterprises in improving processes and replicating effective practices will be held. The face-to-face defense and announcement of the winners will take place on October 10-11. At the end of the Week, the intensive mentoring program "Accelerator of Improvement and Innovation projects" starts. For eight months, the teams of the country's largest industrial companies will work on solving the stated problems in a cross-corporate format and will be able to test in practice the advanced developments of the Accelerator's digital partners.

IN'HUB has combined two large-scale previously proven projects for the exchange of best practices in the industry: the International Forum of Innovators IN'HUB and the International Productivity Week IPWeek.
