Tatarstan's self-employed will be helped to launch a business on marketplaces

The My Business Center with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will teach the self-employed to start and develop a business on marketplaces. Acceptance of applications is already open.

Specialists of the My Business Center will train self-employed online promotion for free - participants will be introduced to the peculiarities of the Russian e-commerce market, will learn how to create a personal account on marketplaces, determine the most suitable platform for them and a convenient logistics scheme. Experts will also help the self-employed in SEO optimization. The educational program is focused on major Russian online platforms: Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex.Market and KazanExpress. Participants will receive certificates attesting to the completion of the training module in the amount of 16 academic hours.

"Over 280 thousand people have already been registered as self-employed in Tatarstan, and their number is growing monthly. We have a whole range of federal and republican measures in place to support self-employed people of Tatarstan," said the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship DevelopmentNatalia Kondratova.

The My Business Center implements an educational module within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship" with the support of the Ministry of Economy.

"Online commerce in Russia has set a new record: following the results of the second quarter of 2023, the turnover of Russian entrepreneurs trading on marketplaces and online stores increased by 63%. Now there is a demand for personnel who have skills and knowledge in e-com. Our training modules for the self-employed have been specially developed for this purpose" - Linara Burkhanova, First Deputy General Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the My Business Center.

The purpose of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" is to support business at all stages of its development: from the initial idea to expansion and export. National projects initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, launched in 2019.
