Elevators Manufacturer LLC "Tatlift" (Kazan) received preferential leasing financing in the amount of 41.4 million rubles from SME Leasing, a subsidiary of SME Corporation, and acquired an automatic laser cutting complex and a paint-drying complex. Currently, the company is implementing an investment project for the construction of a new production complex in the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park. The new production is planned to be launched by the end of 2023.
"The technological equipment purchased with the help of preferential leasing allows producing up to 3 thousand elevators a year in full completeness – from simple, budget, and high-comfort elevators, with the use of modern finishing materials and stainless steel. At the first stages, it is planned to produce 300-500 units, then gradually increase this volume. Warranty service of elevator equipment will also be organized at the plant," said Gulshat Zagidullina, General Director of Tatlift. The head of the company noted that about 300 jobs will be created at the enterprise. In addition to production, it is also planned to open an exhibition hall where you can get acquainted with the products. There are also plans to create a production of elevator components on an additional adjacent site.
"Support and development of the manufacturing sector is one of the strategic directions to which SME Corporation pays close attention. To support entrepreneurs, including in this segment, the 6% rate for the purchase of domestic equipment for leasing has been maintained. For those companies that do not fit the conditions of the program, the opportunity is open to modernize production equipment under the Priority program," said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation. He clarified that under this program, both Russian and foreign equipment is available for leasing at a single interest rate – the key rate of the Bank of Russia + 4.5%. The amount of financing ranges from 500 thousand to 50 million rubles for micro and small businesses, from 500 thousand to 100 million rubles for medium-sized businesses (minus the advance payment). The Priority program is designed for micro, small and medium-sized companies from healthcare, tourism, sports, creative industries, and the manufacturing sector.
Under the Priority+ program, leasing financing in the amount of 0.5 million to 50 million rubles is available to entrepreneurs from manufacturing industries.
Let us recall that for small and medium-sized businesses registered in the new territories, the previous preferential leasing rates remain. Russian equipment is available to entrepreneurs of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions at 6% per annum, foreign equipment – at 8% (according to the extended OKVED, which can be found on MSP.RF).
Preferential leasing is an integral part of the support that the state provides to business within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium–sized entrepreneurship". Its implementation is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.
