Residents of industrial parks of Tatarstan can compensate for electricity costs

A subsidy for reimbursement of part of the costs of paying for electricity consumed in 2022 is provided to residents and management companies of accredited industrial parks by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. 15 million rubles will be allocated for support. The measure is implemented within the framework of the concept of increasing the efficiency of industrial parks of Tatarstan.

Residents and management companies of industrial parks located in rural areas with a occupancy rate of up to 70% will be able to use the support. The subsidy, along with a set of measures and preferences, is included in the concept of the development of industrial parks of the republic, which has been implemented in the region since 2021.

"The concept implies the alignment of competitive opportunities between parks located in rural areas and large cities and is aimed at increasing the occupancy rate of rural industrial industrial parks, creating new production facilities on the ground and developing existing enterprises," said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the concept, the tax rates on the STS have also been reduced for entrepreneurs of industrial parks, and full exemption from payment of transport tax and corporate property tax is provided. In addition, a package of support measures is available for residents and management companies of parks, including the provision of preferential microloans, subsidizing part of electricity costs and other support programs, including within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".

Thanks to comprehensive support, the occupancy rate of Tatarstan's industrial parks has exceeded 60%. More than 1.5 residents operate on their areas, which have created about 60 thousand jobs.
