Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in a meeting with senators and deputies of the State Duma in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan
On September 13, a meeting was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin with the participation of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and senators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation elected from the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting considered the main parameters of the forecast of socio-economic development of the republic and the consolidated budget of the republic for 2024-2026, as well as issues of attracting federal funds to the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made a report on the main parameters of the forecast of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2024-2026.
According to Midhat Shagiakhmetov, the most important factors in the implementation of forecast indicators are the implementation of investment projects and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of enterprises.
During the discussion, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and senators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, elected from the Republic of Tatarstan, raised a number of issues, in particular, the introduction of Islamic banking in the republic. Since September 1, the Central Bank of Russia has launched a pilot project on Islamic banking in four regions of the country, including Tatarstan.
"Our main task is to make Islamic finance equally accessible, as part of the pilot project, active work is currently underway, to which many deputies are involved," said Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
In order to ensure the achievement of forecast indicators of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2024-2026, coordinated work of all levels of government, deputies and senators of the Russian Federation, enterprises and organizations of the republic, prompt response to emerging problems to find solutions and identify reserves of economic development is necessary, the Minister summed up.
