The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an analysis of the effectiveness of preventive visits by control bodies. Entrepreneurs who were faced with a tool to reduce the administrative burden on business in September 2023 were interviewed, one of them was the company LLC "STK" - a manufacturer of metal products.

On September 5, 2023, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a remote preventive visit to the manufacturer of metal products in Tatarstan. During the online conversation, the licensee was consulted on the mandatory requirements for his activities, explanations were given of the provisions and practice of applying legislation on control, restriction of inspections, general requirements for inspections.

Information was also provided on the possibilities of obtaining up-to-date information on the organization of activities on the Ministry's website, taking into account the requirements of legislation in terms of mandatory requirements, risk categories, etc.

The representative of the company highly appreciated this way of interacting with the control authorities. She noted that the meeting was agreed upon in advance, was productive, took place in a comfortable atmosphere, and detailed answers were also received to all questions of interest on the organization of activities, compliance with mandatory requirements.

It should be noted that as of September 1, 2023, 761 preventive visits have already been conducted in Tatarstan.
