Kazan Digital Week - 2023
On September 20-22, 2023, Kazan will host the International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2023. The event will be held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center in full-time and online format.
Organizers: The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan under the auspices of the Government of Russia.
The forum's mission is to assist in the exchange of scientific and technical information, the consolidation of scientific and technological assets capable of effectively solving the problems of import substitution and import conservation, to ensure technological sovereignty and data sovereignty as the basis of Russia's leadership in international cooperation.
The forum participants are manufacturers and users of digital technologies, software, and high–tech products. Registration of participants takes place on the official website. Information about the available participation packages is also published there.

From September 1, 2023, the main provisions of the new federal law 580-FZ, which is designed to regulate the activities of taxi aggregators, come into force. Specialists of the Center "My Business" of the Republic of Tatarstan and experts of the transport industry will tell how to organize work in accordance with the changes in the Federal Law.
The new law provides for several changes: registration of driver status, cancellation of the fee for obtaining a permit to work in a taxi, non-admission of some drivers to taxi management, as well as the requirement for taxi drivers to purchase CMTPL at the rate for carriers.
The seminar will be devoted to changes and innovations, as well as issues that taxi drivers may face after September 1. Experts in the transport sector will tell you in detail:
- what will change the taxi law from September 1 for drivers;
- who will be able to work in a taxi - registration of the status for working in a taxi;
- how to get a work permit;
- what requirements must be met for the registration of the car;
- where information about drivers will be stored.
