A record for a preventive visit and consultation of control bodies has been digitized at Public Services
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina took part in the Interview program on the Rossiya 24 TV channel and voiced issues of business support in the implementation of state control within the framework of the moratorium on inspections of entrepreneurs.
In her speech, the Deputy Minister noted that as part of the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the pilot project of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, entrepreneurs of the republic had the opportunity to apply for a preventive visit and consultation through the Portal of Public Services of the Russian Federation. The answer will come to their personal account.
"For us, this means that there will be even more preventive measures: consultations and professional visits. The main goal today is to maintain entrepreneurial activity without excessive pressure from the control bodies. The task of the control bodies is to carry out prevention, warn businesses about possible violations and help eliminate them," the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullinasaid.
Currently, the pilot project is being tested in 5 control bodies: the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Committee on Tariffs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
A preventive visit is a preventive conversation at the place of the entrepreneur's activity or online, using video conference. According to the results of a preventive visit, no punishment can be applied and an order can be issued, and explanations for entrepreneurs are advisory in nature.
In this regard, the Deputy Minister suggested that entrepreneurs actively use this opportunity and not refuse to receive advisory and methodological assistance from the control bodies. To date, the republican control bodies have conducted about 700 preventive visits.
Guzel Nasibullina also shared her expert opinion on the functioning of the database of useful knowledge and services in the field of control and supervisory activities - the resource "Proven Business" (provbiz.ru ).

In terms of preparing entrepreneurs for the upcoming audit, interactive questionnaires (checklists) are posted on the website.
In order to prepare for the inspection, an entrepreneur can take a survey in advance and identify possible errors that may be detected by inspectors with the help of testing.
